Each year the Authority reviews its priorities for policing and this shapes where resources are spent and effort concentrated.
By focusing on the most important issues, that matter to West Mercia's communities, real improvements in performance can be achieved.
Choosing our priorities really matters.Back in September we met with strategic partners, police staff associations and networks and the force command team to develop our proposed priorities for consultation. We also took into account the results of the Police staff survey, user satisfaction surveys and what communities told us including through PACT meetings and survey results:
